new permission events.pvp who have that permission will be able to do /events pvp which will enable/disable the pvp for the player so no one can hurt him or he cant hurt anyone accidently but in my opinion this should be true for all member if you don't want it to be true have in mind that player will automatically pvp disabled until you change it in file or give him the permission.
