    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.right clic on mob with the book
    2.restart the server

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The mob's command was desapear.

    the last

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    It realy a problem because on huge serveur ( like mine ) we can't use it but it was really usefull to improve the gameplay
