Major fixes/changes

• Added /setbed and /bed commands, for admins. The permission is enderhome.admin
• Added permission, enderhome.admin
• Fixed not being able to sleep.

Minor bugfixes/changes

• Fixed a possible problem where everyone would get teleported to the last player to log in's bed.

• Spawn teleport still doesn't work
• Setbed command doesn't work
• "You can only sleep at night" message appears in daytime.
