    Remove the Boss Health Bar when a dragon is spawned so that other players do not know the dragon was spawned or exists.

    Sorry, this is not possible with the vanilla Client.
    The Bossbar is rendered to the entities and when a dragon / Wither is seen, the bar is rendered.

    until 1.9....

    from 1.9 on it's vice versa... you have to enable the Bossbar ;) and thats not that easy... :)
