Complete rewrite of the /enderchestviewer command.
Added support to access the ender chest of an offline player.
Bug fixes.
IMPORTANT: This version does NOT modify the permissions system that was implemented before. The permissions remain the same as before. Just don't change anything in the permissions and you're good, because the permissions are the exact same as before, and they do exactly the same thing as they did before.
Note: I'm planning to release the source code in the next few versions of the plugin.
Note 2: The plugin is in a BETA stage. Any bugs you find, please report them.

If you are changing the contents of somebodys ender chest and they login meanwhile, changes are NOT saved.
