Fixed refill on forge servers (if you are using forge refill mods disable EIT refill with (/eit refill false)

Fixed Enchanted Refill on forge servers (without normal refill this should now enchant the next item in your hand if it is the same type)

Fixed /eit max <name> (this should now correctly calculate the maximum possible level you would get

Fixed message (must be true or false) when using normal commands

Tested with KCauldron /ForgeBukkit server and InventoryTweaks other Inventory Management Mods
