enchantHandycap is canceling LWC protection #3

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. we were using the recommended bukkit 1.4.7-R1.0, your latest release and the latest LWC release
    2. tryed to open a chest we were not allowed to open
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    instead of being blocked by LWC we get the message that the chest is protected but it opens afterwards.
    as soon as we disabled enchanthandicap all works properly.

    What version of the product are you using?
    as said above

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no errors

    Wow, thats really odd. Its also odd that bukkit didn't notify me about this ticket.

    I'll look into this and get back with you. I've never seen it before.

    my plugin shouldn't affect LWC at all.
