    What is the issue?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Please tell me you are working on making this for 1.3.  Its simply the BEST plugin there is in my opinion.  Does so many things I want on my server in one very very sweet package, but alas, im on 1.3.

    Please let me know if you have any plans or current developments.
