Can you make a screenshot of the block layout you're building? I've been trying pretty hard to crash my server, putting signs that don't match, changing config numbers, etc. But I haven't had any luck. I'll keep working on it though.

its so odd.... I have done a fresh install and removed all my other plugins and this is the situation...

Its not a specific thing that Im building that is crashing the server

I previosly had an EC bridge - I then tried to make a craftbook gate next to it that worked for a while until I updated to the new version of EC

that is when the crashes started.

now....even without any redstone OR EC signs anywhere near the craftbook gate (even with craftbook not installed) If I stand on the plate I used to open it - the server freezes is it possible it has something to do with the database of EC signs that were there before? if so how would I delete that? thanks

UPDATE - I have tested it some more and any NEW electricraft things I build are fine It is JUST that 1 chunk where if I stand on a pressure plate (no redstone/signs around) it freezes the server.... any ideas?

Are you running Craftbook mechanisms together with ElectriCraft's mechanisms? I'm pretty sure Craftbook only checks to see if a single line on a sign has [Gate] written on it, whereas ElectriCraft checks to see if it has [ElectriCraft] or [EC] on a line as well. I'm only guessing, but it seems like Craftbook and ElectriCraft tried to build a Bridge/Gate/etc at the same time in the same place, and that's what caused the problem. For starters, I would disable any plugin mechanisms that conflict with each other. Does the plate still crash the server even with neither of those plugins running?

@RSGMercenary: Go The server crashes when I stand on the plate even if I remove ALL other plugins on my server

so electricraft is the only .jar file in my plugins folder

It seems to be something to do with placing a plate next to a fence....

I have tried fresh installs from all of the 1.0.0 builds and its still the same No other plugins - step on plate in front of fence - crash

I've already said this but I think this plugin is amazing and genius I am so gutted I cannot add it to my server and give my players the fun of it

please do what you can to help thanks :D

Could you post a screenshot of what the Fence looks like? I think I might have had this problem recently, and I thought I fixed it.

Is it a Fence surrounding a property or something that's several rows high? Maybe with some blocks you're toggling on top of it? It might be throwing ElectriCraft into an endless loop checking for blocks...
