    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.trying to use the permissions
    2. everyone has access to the commands you cannot keep them out
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  ALL can use it

    What version of the product are you using?1.8.8

    Do you have an error log of what happened? No

    Plugin is great apart from everyone can use it no matter what perms they have.    Cannot lock it down or give it incrementally out.
