Added premissions Eatmyhat.Disable or Eatmyhat.Nohatsforyou which will disable the plugin for the player or group it is applied to.

If a playername is not specified when using the command /eatothershat it will produce an error.

Versions 2.3 and under allow me, the_redstone_guy, to awlays have a thorny hat no matter the permissions. In later versions this has been disabled.
