- [A] Config file to allow editing of messages 

- [F] No longer requires "lobby" world

- [F] editing maxplayers setting to 0 now correctly displays that the maximum player count is unlimited.

 

The config file has a lot of extra stuff, such as strings for things that are the same in many instances. This is to allow for extra customization.
