    Whitelist is not works when the banned IP is the same to visitor IP. Please fix the bug.
    Commands (execute as xxx):
    /ewhitelist xxx
    /eban yyy (xxx and yyy have a same IP)

    Disconnect from server.
    xxx cannot connect again, because he is banned.
