Easy Prefix
Easy Prefix is designed for Servers which do not use a Permission System (For Example Event Servers).
How it works?
Easy Prefix just adds a Prefix in front of the Username (for example: [Owner]) You can set the Prefix in the Config!
Permissions:
/easyprefix reload (easyprefix.reload)
/easyprefix add <username> <group> (easyprefix.add)
Config:
Easyprefix: defaultprefix: '[§1User§f] ' default: prefix: '[§4Default§f] ' members: - 01e00e08-0468-4b33-acf2-e99a19c0ea6a

This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
A unique identifier The server's version of Java Whether the server is in offline or online mode The plugin's version The server's version The OS version/name and architecture The core count for the CPU The number of players online The Metrics version Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

It's called a Section sign, and you can get it by holding ALT and pressing 2 and then 1 on your numpad, and then releasing ALT. That'll get you: §
