0.1.0 - Initial Beta Release

1. 1 - Glowstone portal blocks can get destroyed, breaking your portal. I will put in protection in the next release in the mean time use some sort of anti-grief tool to protect your portal stones, plates, and ejector block from damage.

1. 2 - If the block above the ejection point is totally blocked players can become stuck. I currently don't validate the blocks above the ejection point so you could theoretically portal people into water, lava, etc. which could be fun!
