What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I tried redoing the config file
2.I tried reinstalling the plugin
3.I tried another plugin to refill the chest instead

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well i put stuff in the chests then backup the world. Then the game starts and players take From the chests and when the map gets reloaded again after restarting the server the chests are empty? It is annoying refilling chests manually at the beggining of the game i thought this was an automated plugin. Please fix this
