What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable buy/sell commands
2. Use /buy on server after restarting
3. "Please use DynamicShop" is displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to be able to buy items globally, instead am told to use a dynamicshop sign

If by "enable" you mean go to the config file and set:

enable-buysell-commands: true

and it still doesn't work, then you need to update once more, since the first version with DynamicShops had that line inverted, so true actually meant false.

At least that's the problem I had. I just set it to false instead until it was fixed, which it has been now.
