    What version of DynamicEconomy are you using?:
    v9.2

    Try to explain how to arrive at the problem:
    When trying to disable the stock function their is no command/config property that allows you to turn it off. It is very irritating to have to refill stock all the time. When you play on a small server there is never enough stock of anything. The /isstock command doesnt even work anymore.
