Im trying to kick and ban people but when I kick its saying they are not online and when I ban its broadcasting the message but not banning them, I have to do /eban which is the essentials one to do it and I dont know how to fix it

It's almost been a month and I updated the status three days after the ticket was created.

What you are experiencing is a Spigot problem. They changed the way offline UUIDs work without telling anyone how they work, hence the current compatibility problems.

I currently do not have the time to source an issue that I don't know anything about since I have never used Spigot.
