What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Essentials, Group Manager using global groups and DynamicArrows.
2.Buying arrows with rank that has permission setup.
3.Using both .use nodes..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Purchase Arrows
Error "You do not have permission to buy <arrow> type"

What version of the product are you using?
1.4.5-R0.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?
GM is saying there are no permissions to buy so there isn't really an error log, Just the Error I stated previously.
Plugin works just fine as Op

Please provide any additional information below.
I have various other plugins in but they do not interact between DA and GM. If GM was spitting the error at me that I didn't have some other permission, I would be getting a different error than red text in game, So this really isn't an error, Either a missing buy node or GM has a problem with the .use node in global permissions.

Maybe I forgot to list a permission? What permissions does the play trying to buy the arrow have?

I have test any of permission : with DA.arrows.*, DA.magic.* and after with DA.arrows.Stinger ... Only op can buy and use arrows.

Can you try this build and see if the issue is fixed?
