Prefix/Suffix/Players colors
Permisisons :
chat-manager.prefix.[Name]

chat-manager.suffix.[Name]

chat-manager.chat-color.[Name]

effect :

the prefix and suffix can be moved wherever you want via the prefix file.

By default "[prefix] [player] [suffix] > [message] "

the chat-color will change the [player] color with &0-9/a-f example &0 will put a black name
