What steps will reproduce the problem?1. Placing larger redstone layouts using repeaters as well.2. Save the dungeon with desired layout.3. Publish Dungeon4. Run Dungeon5. Complete Dungeon6. Repeat
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The expected output is that the redstone will always revert back to the published stated. The seen output on certain occasion can be the redstone being rather chaotic. In some situations the blocks that a stickypiston may be attached to will be removed. Certain currents are clearly connected properly and even when the redstone is activated it will not open said door so to speak. In order to fix the issue one must unpublish the dungeon remove a single piece of the redstone wiring and then replace and republish. It is difficult to state exact steps to follow as it is an occurrence that has multiple effects. We can have certain situations where a door must be activated with a code. The code is put in properly yet the door will not open. Checking the redstone everything is in order. In order to fix it requires a simple break one wire and replace it everything magically works again.
What version of the product are you using?most recent
Do you have an error log of what happened?no log
Please provide any additional information below. This is an issue that is difficult to explain in words so I have attached my actual dungeon template in which the errors occur. Simply run it a few times and it will probably reproduce the error.
I've had a hard time reproducing this issue. If anyone has run into similar problems I would appreciate further insight into the problem
I have can reliably reproduce this bug on my server if you would like to look at it. mc.elysium-craft.info
v0.9.0 attempts to tackle redstone loading issues. I will leave this ticket open until I hear a confirmation that it is fixed.
Hi, There is still some redstone issues with 0.9.0. Using Minecarts on a trigger :
- if a minecart spawns on a trigger, the trigger is activated but there is a strange issue : http://img4.hostingpics.net/pics/81013620120118145209.png ;
- if a player destroys a minecart on an activated trigger, the redstone stays activated for some minutes before deactivating.
If you can't reproduce the bug, PM me & I will tell you the IP adress of the server I play on.
So i have the redstone bug.
The dungeon is a factory. In order to find the exit you must activate 4 levers to open the passage.
All the redstone system is outside, around the factory like you can see here: http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/46/78/2012-010.jpg
When i play the dungeon the first time, everything works fine. illustrated here: http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/46/78/2012-011.jpg
And when i play it a second time, some part of the redstone system has disapear, like here: http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/46/78/2012-012.jpg
even the levers: http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/46/78/2012-013.jpg
but somehow, some parts remains: http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/46/78/2012-014.jpg
here i give you the template of the dungeon (before the redstone vanish) by mp. hope you could find a solution.
My recommendation for anyone having issues with redstone disappearing is to try version 0.9.1. I am optimistic it will fix the problem. I will leave this ticket open until confirmation that everything is working as expected.
okay i'm not sure if it's the same problem but it have some similarities...
When we restart the server signs pops of in the dungeons and red stone and pistons fucks up.
