What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I created a dungeon as part of a test and called it test01.
2. I set the points, start, and exits
3. While standing at the start, and seeing it count down i run the command /deletedungeon test01
4. it says "you must be standing on the starting location to delete the dungeon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to delete the dungeon per the instructions
instead it says to do what I am already doing

What version of the product are you using?
0.9.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors

Please provide any additional information below.
I ran into this problem before and i was able to delete it by standing at the original start location that was defined when i created the dungeon.  I suspect that if I found that spot for test01 that it would let me delete it.  However, it is NOT recognizing the current start location!
