    Can you add a quick script shortcut (like the monster-tigger one) to show messages like: "Welcom to the Dungeon" at the start, and a victory message at the end "you've reach the goal" or "you have succeded, your earn 1000$". Is it possible?

    If you have worldguard you can set regions to give a message when you hit certain areas. That's how I do it anyway.
