Would it be possible to add permissions to the dungeon rewards?

At the same time would it be possible to add a permission that would deny users access to specific dungeons by dungeon alias?
IE: dungeon.access."dungeon-alias"

This way you could actually setup a tiered dungeon system where players run minor dungeons in order to be "flagged" for higher tiered dungeons.

The citizens plugin has the ability to grant permissions for completed quests and it adds a very nice RPG/MMO feel to getting permissions or"flags" to be able to teleport to other worlds or use certain commands.
