Weird "help" commands and failure to recieve Vault economy reading #1

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Starting error
    1. I start the server, I get an error saying DungeonMaster could not recieve Vault Economy reading.

    Rolling/command problems
    1. I type, "/roll d20" or something and "/roll help" appears. I type, "/roll help", nothing happens.
    2. Commands are not working for me.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expect to see it work/roll a number. Instead I see errors or "/x help" (after typing command /x)

    Do you have Vault installed ? It sounds like you don't and the plug-in isn't able to properly load permissions through it.
