Additions:
Much more permissions. Permissions to use the Quick Drug Shop, single permission for using, and getting a drug.
NOTE: When running this version, I STRONGLY recommend that you delete the config.yml first. It will update all of the config stuff that's coming from this version! If you have customized settings, just write them down somewhere! If you do not delete the config.yml, the plugin will not get the chance to change the config, and will therefore have a lot of errors.

Bugs:
FIXED: Cocaine's text displays &k, and not crazy letters.
