YOU NEED VAULT FOR THIS UPDATE

• Added better permissions support - Vault required.

• Added permissions checking

Usage: @check permission.node>/command

Example: /com add c @check foo.bar>/say hello @player!

• Added a new permission node for devices:
• commander.break - allow players to break commanded devices

(This does not check if the player has broken a block that the device is attached to. The block will break and the device will fall off, but all commands associated with the device before being broken will stay - just replace the device).
