2.13.1 - Fixed a possible glitch, if Player inventory is full when give-to-player is true, the Elytra will be dropped at the players location, and the player notified. Also added a check of the Server's minecraft version. 2.13.2 - Updated to work with 1.10 2.13.3 - MC 1.11 update
