Hey,

My name is Marcel and I'm from Germany. I'm creating a big Server and found your plugin for tickets. Your Plugin is amazing, but unfortunately it's completly in English. My Server is a German Server with just the German language, so i want you to ask, how can i change the language into German. I have no idea about Java and your plugin doesn't provide a config file in which you can change the messages ( maybe you can add this).

I Hope you can help me to translate the plugin, because i don't want any other plugins. Your is the best.
