Added several commands.

Added bantimers.

Added the ability to unban players by name.

/deathban timedban <true|false> when set to true will allow players to return after a x amount of minutes. Default is 30 minutes

/deathban bantime <minutes> with this command you can change the time the players are banned for after dying

/deathban unban <playernames...> with this command you can unban players that are banned. (Multiple at a time by separating with a whitespace)
