Changelog
0.2.5 [1.2.5]
Changed configuration (automatically adapted, except for PermissionsEx which is removed).
Changed appearance.
Cleaned up some internals, including configuration handling.
This version might still work with builds down to 1.1-R6, but no guarantee for that, if in doubt test it, the risk should be 0.

* Player data is saved into one single file, so it is recommended to erase all data now and then if all suspicious entries have been handled, depending on the number of players going through the server. It is also good to remove players from data, which have mined a lot, once you notice, for they will hardly make it to suspicious entries otherwise, in case they should decide to cheat later on. Attempts to make this automatized will be made later on.
* Experience is needed to adapt the configuration and to judge the "early" stats, so don't be too quick on banning players with stone/diamond ration around 16 - it always pays to have a look, it could be very good cave miners (unlikely to keep the stats for a high number of stones, though). A ratio of 10 would usually be xrayers, very seldomly you have a low ratio for new people or after erasing data, when someone just finds a lot of diamonds exposed in a cave, in those cases the number of diamonds will hardly be above 30.
