    Could you please add a "per World" option? I want to make a Zelda-styled RPG world where you have 3 hearts from the beginning, but in another world (the pvp world) they sill have 20 health (10 Hearts).

    That would be awesome!

    Sorry but that actually not possible because of the actual HP storage, this could be maybe added if I will re-programm the entire plugin.
