What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Many programs/games offer a daily incentive that increases in value until a big bonus, usually after 6 or 7 days of logging in, in a row.  Examples:  Webkinz, Nitrotype.com, etc.

So, I was wondering how hard it would be to add a progressive daily bonus.  The players get a small reward, slightly better each day for days #1 - #6 with a big reward on the 7th day in a row a player has logged in. If you could add config letting you choose the length of the cycle: ex. 7 days, and then the prizes #1 - #7, that would offer incentive for players to log on multiple days in a row and not miss a day.

If they miss a day, they get reset to prize #1 again.

Just an idea I would love to add to the server we're developing.
