What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Please add support for decimals (.xx) for the "Economy Amount".

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using an economy plugin called Gringotts that uses any and all items as currency. With DailyBonus it actually picks the appropriate items to match the amount given in the "Economy Amount" string. However currently it can't pick from items with decimal values.
