• Added options to disable a Slab
• Added the slow down effect from Soulsand
• Change the Class-Names to *Slab
• Change the Slabs to public static so that other plugins can use it (thx Zach Hinchy)
• Change Recipe for CleanStoneSlab (1 StoneSlab = 1 CleanStoneSlab)

• no TopSlabs like the original slabs

• no physix for gravel and sand, currently not possible to fix
• sometimes the light from the glowstone slab doesn't go away after its destroys
