This plugin will allow you to make both custom messages with your own commands, and also make custom commands that redirect others.

/Hub: - spawn - help /Who: - whois
Commands
- /CustomCMD : Gives info on the plugin.
- /CustomCMD reload : Reloads the configs.
- Whatever you want!
