Whaou, lot of upgrades again:P !

• Fix all compatibilities problems with spigot 1.7.10 (Sometimes doesn't work, now it's fix)
• Add 5 more Join & Left Messages for your additional rank by example. Permissions and Messages are totally customizable !
• Other bugs have been fixed.

• You can now reload you config file directly in game, with /cjlm reload.
