Custom Enchantments
Description
This plugin adds a whole bunch of awesome new Items and enchantments that are independent of the Minecraft Enchantment system.
This is my first plugin and at the same time my first Java Project.

Videos of the Plugin
Please note that the following Videos were made using older versions of the plugin:
Commands
- /ce - The main command node for Custom Enchantments
Please note that for any command after the main node, you do not have to enter it's full name, the first letter is enough (Example: /ce list = /ce l).
Words in angle Brackets ( < > ) mean that the argument is required, while words written in square Brackets ( [ ] ) are optional.
- /ce runecrafting - Opens the runecrafting inventory.
- /ce menu - Opens an inventory menu for navigating and obtaining Custom Enchantments and Items.
- /ce reload - Reloads the CE config.
- /ce remove [Enchantment] - Removes an enchantment (or all of them) from an item.
- /ce list <Enchantment/Item> - Lists all Custom Enchantments or Items.
- /ce enchant [Required material] <Enchantment> [level] - Adds the specified Enchantment to the item in your hand. If a required material is given, the command will only work if the player holds that item. If an item already has the enchantment, the level will be increased.
- /ce item <Item> - Transforms the item in the player's hand into the specified Custom Item.
- /ce change <Name/Lore> <Color/Set/Add/Reset> [New Value] - Allows you to change the name/lore of the item in your hand
- /ce give <Player> <Material> <Item/Custom or Vanilla Enchantment:Level> [Custom or Vanilla Enchantment:Level] ... - Gives the target player an item with the set material containing the given Enchantments. Please note that the Material has to be either the Minecraft material ID or the Bukkit material ID. The same goes for the Vanilla enchantment names. You can add infinite vanilla and custom enchantments to the item using this command.

Enchantment Books
Version 2.4 added a feature called Runecrafting that allows enchantments to be put on books.
They can be created using /ce ench or /ce menu, given through /ce give and obtained by enchanting a book using the enchanting table.
If disenchanting is enabled, enchanted items can also be turned into enchantment books.
Using an enchantment book or an enchanted item on an Anvil will open the Runecrafting inventory, which can also be opened by using /ce menu or /ce runecrafting. The lower slot requires the enchanted item while the top slot requires the item to enchant.
Sign shops
If you are using version 2.2 or higher of the plugin, you can sell Enchantments by setting up a sign in the following format:
- "[CustomEnchant]" (Without the "s) as the first line.
- The Enchantment you want to sell as the second line.
- The cost of the enchantment as the fourth line. This requires Vault and a compatible economy plugin
Players that do not have the enchantment will have the enchantment applied to their current item, if they already have the enchantment they are trying to buy, the level of the enchantment will increase by 1, up to the specified maximum level of the Enchantment (Can be set in the config).
CE-Menu
If you have Vault installed, you can set a price for the Items/Enchantments through the config. The items and enchantments can then be bought in /ce menu.
CE's in Kits
To add Custom Enchantments and Items into kits, follow this guide:
- Check out if your kit plugin supports colored names and/or lores.
- Find example kits that add colored names and/or lores in your kit plugin
- For items, set "name: <Item>", for Enchantments, set "lore: <Enchantment>". You may have to find out how to add multiple lines of lore via your kit plugin
Notes:
The <Item> is structured like this: <Colorcode of the Item><The full Itemname>, the <Enchantment> is defined as: <Colorcode of the Enchantments><EnchantmentName> <Level in roman numerals>
The Colorcodes can be found on this site.
Examples:
Lifesteal would be "lore: &4&oLifesteal" (If you didn't change the standard color of the enchantments) &4 stands for the Color Dark Red, &o stands for the name being italic
In essentials, Lifesteal II and Poison III would be "lore: &4&oLifesteal II|&4&oPoison III" (Note: the '|' in the middle of the two enchantments seperates multiple lines in the lore of the kits made by essentials)
Flamethrower would then be "name: &4Flamethrower"

The CE-Shop does not seem to acknowledge any permission right now, I'll fix this asap
@HammyHavoc
The Mortar has been removed as it was unnecessary, forgot to remove it from the site
The Landmine's TnT has been changed to being normal tnt blocks, so now WorldGuard can block explosions and you have this enabled most likely
@DaNewNaruto
I still couldn't recreate any of this, but I think I found a final fix for this, I'll do some more testing and then I'll publish the next Update
@KazukiMC
If you mean:
1. The Enchanting through Enchantment Tables: Disable the "enchantmentTable" option in the config
2. The /ench Enchanting: Remove user's permission for customenchantment.canEnchant
@Erudin1
Can you use every item? There is currently a bug that does not allow for players to buy enchantments through the CE-Shop, this is to be fixed in 1.1d
@zicion
Thanks for using the template :D
So, are your players always getting these question mark thingies infront of the enchants? What do you have set in your config?

Posted Jan 25, 2014The mortar command is apparently unknown, land mines don't work as expected, the block just disappears when stepped on, any help? This used to work. It damages, but it doesn't leave a big crater like it once did.

Posted Jan 24, 2014Very awesome plugin!!!!
I would like to report a bug. If two players "power-glove" each other at the same exact time. They will stick to each other, glitch up the server. The server will not crash, but it will stall and no commands can be used. Only chat.
Thanks

Userpermissions:
My own permission: Nothing! I just have OP and can use everything. But when i revoke my OP and set myself to the default userrank where i set the permissions, i cannot use the enchantments. "You don't have permission to buy that ..." and when i try to use something, it happens nothing. Only the Fireworkbow works and the obsidianshield works also. I cannot buy them as a user with the :true permission, but i can use them. I can see the effects of the Bow and the shield is working.

Posted Jan 23, 2014Version: 1.1c Console: Nothing Situation: Not really sure... Reproduce: Well it keeps happening but I cannot reproduce
Explanation: I am using this plugin on a kitpvp server. I enchant items then I add them to certain kits. So lets say the kit "thor" - this has the "Thor's Axe". I am able to enchant the item fine and it works fine. Then a random amount of time later one player will select the kit and the enchant wont work. The enchantment lore will say "?o?Thunder!.. or whatever it is supposed to say. I really would like to get this fixed. Thank you so much,

Actually, my plugin does not use any permission plugins, as I add the permissions to bukkit itself, which then decides which permissions plugin to use.
Can you use the Items yourself? Which permissions are you setting exactly?
@deekondvg
Thanks for answering that question! :)
@deekondvg
I'll see if I can somehow do anything against that
(My code is not that advanced actually, it was made at a time of me not knowing java at all, so it's kinda noobish xD)
@Erudin1
Hmm, they don't have the permission for that item, i.e they want to buy the Flamethrower and dont have the permission customenchantment.Flamethrower

Hi again.
I tested something on my Main and Testserver. Your plugin works with PEX. My Mainserver uses Permissionsbukkit (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/permbukkit/) and it won't work that way :/ Could you "fix" that maybe? It seems it works with no other permsplugin as PEX ..
EDIT: I gave Players enchanted items now. The Abbillities don't work for them. Only the Fireworksbow is working. Druidboots don't give them speed, Potionlauncher don't let them launch Potions ... and so on. Atleast the Obsidianshield works. Your Plugin seems to be very buggy :x

Ok, He told you about lores because that is what you use for making the custom enchant... To put this in a kit using essentials you'd do something like ...
- 271 lore:&4&oPoison to get the CE Poison on a woodaxe compared to normal enchants where you would put something like...
- 271 sharpness:4 to get a sharp IV woodaxe
The lore/name you put must follow correct color/format as you have in you CE config and is caps sensitive.

Modifying the NCP config to not detect/correct a range of volume given from throwing the players >.> I don't dare mess with your plugins code, it scares me haha... too advanced for my current level of coding :P

Posted Jan 22, 2014No.. there is no Error or something. Ingame just appears the Message "you don't have permission to buy that".
I gave myself the default Userrank to test the permissions. As you can see.. it won't work.

Hmm, how exactly did you fix that? I cannot really imagine it's easy to fix such a plugin without modifying NCP
@Erudin1
Players should still be able to buy those enchantments :O
What kind of error does it give to players? Do you have any errors in your console?
@EnergizeGames
You set the names or lores of the items to those of my plugins. For example:
An enchantment would be: &4&oLifesteal (If you didn't change the standard color of the enchantments) &4 stands for the Color Dark Red, &o stands for the name being italic
An item like the Flamethrower would be: &4Flamethrower
So all you'd have to do is find the correct color of the enchantment/item, find its color code here and then just put the color code infront of the name/lore

Posted Jan 22, 2014This isn't necessarily a problem, but NCP seems to counter the power gloves on throwing players. I've managed to fool around with this a bit and fix it but I just thought I'd let you know that you might want to fix it up for the public :3

Posted Jan 22, 2014Hi.. i got a Problem with permissionsbukkit.
I gave users the following permissions:
But it won't work. Players still don't have the Permission to get one of these enchantments via a Shopsign. Is there a way to fix it? I already tried to set commandBypass to true and requirePermissions to true. Nothing helped yet.. :/

Ahh damn, it seems like the method of damaging a player didnt exist in 1.5.2, I'll try to find a workarround
@zicion
Please provide futher information, as stated in the chapter "How to correctly report a Bug/Error" above, did it work before or when did it start saying this "?4?o" thing
