Custom Enchantments
Description
This plugin adds a whole bunch of awesome new Items and enchantments that are independent of the Minecraft Enchantment system.
This is my first plugin and at the same time my first Java Project.

Videos of the Plugin
Please note that the following Videos were made using older versions of the plugin:
Commands
- /ce - The main command node for Custom Enchantments
Please note that for any command after the main node, you do not have to enter it's full name, the first letter is enough (Example: /ce list = /ce l).
Words in angle Brackets ( < > ) mean that the argument is required, while words written in square Brackets ( [ ] ) are optional.
- /ce runecrafting - Opens the runecrafting inventory.
- /ce menu - Opens an inventory menu for navigating and obtaining Custom Enchantments and Items.
- /ce reload - Reloads the CE config.
- /ce remove [Enchantment] - Removes an enchantment (or all of them) from an item.
- /ce list <Enchantment/Item> - Lists all Custom Enchantments or Items.
- /ce enchant [Required material] <Enchantment> [level] - Adds the specified Enchantment to the item in your hand. If a required material is given, the command will only work if the player holds that item. If an item already has the enchantment, the level will be increased.
- /ce item <Item> - Transforms the item in the player's hand into the specified Custom Item.
- /ce change <Name/Lore> <Color/Set/Add/Reset> [New Value] - Allows you to change the name/lore of the item in your hand
- /ce give <Player> <Material> <Item/Custom or Vanilla Enchantment:Level> [Custom or Vanilla Enchantment:Level] ... - Gives the target player an item with the set material containing the given Enchantments. Please note that the Material has to be either the Minecraft material ID or the Bukkit material ID. The same goes for the Vanilla enchantment names. You can add infinite vanilla and custom enchantments to the item using this command.

Enchantment Books
Version 2.4 added a feature called Runecrafting that allows enchantments to be put on books.
They can be created using /ce ench or /ce menu, given through /ce give and obtained by enchanting a book using the enchanting table.
If disenchanting is enabled, enchanted items can also be turned into enchantment books.
Using an enchantment book or an enchanted item on an Anvil will open the Runecrafting inventory, which can also be opened by using /ce menu or /ce runecrafting. The lower slot requires the enchanted item while the top slot requires the item to enchant.
Sign shops
If you are using version 2.2 or higher of the plugin, you can sell Enchantments by setting up a sign in the following format:
- "[CustomEnchant]" (Without the "s) as the first line.
- The Enchantment you want to sell as the second line.
- The cost of the enchantment as the fourth line. This requires Vault and a compatible economy plugin
Players that do not have the enchantment will have the enchantment applied to their current item, if they already have the enchantment they are trying to buy, the level of the enchantment will increase by 1, up to the specified maximum level of the Enchantment (Can be set in the config).
CE-Menu
If you have Vault installed, you can set a price for the Items/Enchantments through the config. The items and enchantments can then be bought in /ce menu.
CE's in Kits
To add Custom Enchantments and Items into kits, follow this guide:
- Check out if your kit plugin supports colored names and/or lores.
- Find example kits that add colored names and/or lores in your kit plugin
- For items, set "name: <Item>", for Enchantments, set "lore: <Enchantment>". You may have to find out how to add multiple lines of lore via your kit plugin
Notes:
The <Item> is structured like this: <Colorcode of the Item><The full Itemname>, the <Enchantment> is defined as: <Colorcode of the Enchantments><EnchantmentName> <Level in roman numerals>
The Colorcodes can be found on this site.
Examples:
Lifesteal would be "lore: &4&oLifesteal" (If you didn't change the standard color of the enchantments) &4 stands for the Color Dark Red, &o stands for the name being italic
In essentials, Lifesteal II and Poison III would be "lore: &4&oLifesteal II|&4&oPoison III" (Note: the '|' in the middle of the two enchantments seperates multiple lines in the lore of the kits made by essentials)
Flamethrower would then be "name: &4Flamethrower"

I hope I have fixed this in the last update (2.3a), if it does not, just revert to an earlier version until the error is resolved :/

Included them aswell, but forgot to answer your pm :D
@Darkman_Bree
I'm not sure why this occurs, it may be that the plugin prevents the arrows from being taken out of the inventory. Are the arrows really Arrows or are they made of other materials like sticks, potions, etc.?
@hetjoshi
Thanks for helping him out :)
New update is out now, new enchantments galore!
11 to be exact, really killed my time testing all of them xD
Shielded is currently not working and Obsidian Shield is not working as intended, will do a follow-up update soon >.<

Dude read the previous comments, he just said "Players can only get enchantments that they have permissions for via the enchantment table, so you would have to give them the enchantment permissions (ce.ench.[enchantmentname])"

I have found a kind-off bug, but I kinda like it.
Another plugin called CraftArrows which adds more types of arrows in the game has a little bug with the Minigun from CustomEnchantments
The Minigun will infinitly fire CraftArrows. Even if the Minigun doesn't have Infinity on it, cause CraftArrows says CraftArrows aren't consumed if they enable Infinity, which I did enable in the configs.
This sounds like a unfixable bug cause Minigun doesn't work with other enchantments, but I really like this to be fixed where CraftArrows are no longer infinite without a Infinity Minigun.
PS. Thanks for accepting some of my enchantment idea's.

Players can only get enchantments that they have permissions for via the enchantment table, so you would have to give them the enchantment permissions (ce.ench.[enchantmentname])
@Darkman_Bree
Included some of your enchantment ideas in the next update :)

Really? I'm gonna test that soon...
I heard you need some bow enchantments, heres some. Oh and the explosive idea was done by Therobodavo, thats 1 idea lesser from me :(
Shuffle (Max level I) Shoot a mob/player and you swap spots. (Example, your on a diamond block tower and a zombie on the ground, you will be put on the ground and the zombie on the diamond tower) Grappling Hook (ITEM) Where your arrows lands on, you will be pulled to the Arrow. Driller (Max level I) If your Arrow hits a block, it will be mined. (WorldGuard flag build must be set to ALLOW) Pull (Max level X) Your Arrow pulls a player/mob to you instead of pushing him away. Bounty (Max Level X) If your Arrow hits a player, you will be rewarded with a mineral, such as diamond, coal, iron, emerald,... the most common is Coal, the most uncommon is diamond/emerald. every level increases the chance of getting uncommon minerals by 10%. (At X you it will be 100%) Blood Shot (Max Level X) You will be feeded 1 half hunger if you hit a player/mob. amount of hunger increases per level. Repairing (Max Level I) If you kill a mob/player, any tools, weapons and armor dropped will be fully repaired.
I hope these bow idea's are useful.

It seems like most of the items just dont work because the worldguard flags are not set in the regions. They work for me perfectly when I enable PVP/TNT in regions; fixed some bugs on some others though :)
@Therobodavo
Yeah, gonna add some more enchantments over the next couple of weeks :D
I'll add yours in as soon as I get some time, but it may not yet be included in the next updated, idk for sure though. Hope your server will go well :)
Fixed Glowing aswell xD
@BroskiYT
Sending some people over to check it out in the next few days :)
@Zombiesking4260
Not yet
Update delayed again, got sidetracked, please hold the line. Adding more features as a side effect :P

Posted May 11, 2015Thanks for the quick response, but I have a question/idea that you may either love or hate.
I think you said somewhere you wanted to add more enchants with the bow, but some good ideas would be explosive shots, where it doesn't damage blocks but just the player and makes the cool animation thingy.
Also, making an enchantment that gives you healthboost when you're shot by a bow (like an enchant on the bow) for a short amount of time.
Another thing is en enchant on armor, so it gives you extra health but may cause something negative.
I'm not trying to copy off of cosmic's enchants, but I would love to suggest a bunch of different enchants you could add.
I'm currently using this plugin on my server I'm opening on friday hopefully, and the goal is coming together nicely. I would love to help suggest enchants for you to make.
Lastly, I think glowing is bugged cause it gives me jump boost xD

Aerial is now fixed aswell, forgot to include gravity when checking if the player was in the air <.<
The update is not out yet, will upload it tomorrow since I couldnt get any new features in over the weekend
@Mudge1979
Will add that as a config option
@Gameplayerx100
You have to give them the permissions for the individual enchantments via ce.ench.[Enchantmentname]
@Therobodavo
Because the current system has been easy to implement and is pretty much working out rather well, I have not bothered to change the way it works to have the potion effect enchantments be triggered by wearing the armor, but instead they are currently triggered by moving while having the armor on (Hence the bug with having it in the hand).
The problem with having the potion effects triggered by starting/stopping wearing the armor and just keeping the effect infinite, can cause extreme problems under certain circumstances and hacked clients are able to abuse this since the armor slots have some rather odd glitches attached to them o.O
I'll see if I can get that out as an option by tomorrow though, if that is not too much of a problem :)
