Banlist Patch & Updates

 

Updates:
- Banlist now has a new look and is more generalized.
- Added new message config for the worded-out durations (second, seconds, minute, minutes, etc.).

 

Patches:
- Patched banlist not working properly.
- Patched permanent bans not working on some cases.

Code cleanups were also made, optimizing the plugin more.
