cSwitch Error #2

    What is the issue?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    I get this on my server...

    [INFO] [cSwitch] Enabling cSwitch v1.3
    [INFO] [SRPEX] Error loading config!
    [INFO] [cSwitch] cSwitch v1.3 is now enabled

    cSwitch is the only plugin at the moment....

    The server also locks up now and then..
    I am using 1.2.5-R1.0

    any ideas?
