reworked pluginChannels
added permissions to register/login/logout via commands and pluginChannels
added disableRegistrations option to disable all ingame registrations (may be usefull when using external databases)

This Plugin is 1.2.5 compatible, but blocking chat requires a sub plugin. (Ask for a DevBuild)
