Hello, this update adds a highly requested feature and fixes some bugs.

Added:

- /Envoy center - Sets the center for when you want it at your spawn

and want it random but don't want to set the locations.

- Max landing zone for the max range the crates will spawn when the

event starts.

- Min landing zone so that crates wont spawn in a small radius to

stop them from landing in a place like a spawn.

- Random option to allow random crate locations.

Fixes:

- 1.11.2 adds firework damage. This update fixes it so when the

player opens the crate and the firework goes of that firework wont

damage you.

- Some crates don't spawn when landing on blocks like torches or

slabs. The crates now spawn above those blocks.
