Changelog
Once again, this is for Spigot 1.13 and will not run on older builds.
New blocks were displayed as "Air" due to Vault's outdated item naming. Thanks to the new self-explanatory material names, it is no longer necessary to consult Vault about item names to begin with, so it was simply stripped.
