It'd be awesome to have an option to define shrapnel for all weapons, including typical projectile weapons and energy weapons.
Typically I set my explosions to have item 51 (Fire) as the shrapnel, and Place_Blocks set to true. This basically sends out flaming shrapnel that can burn surrounding objects.
It'd be great to add that ability to energy weapons (though maybe with Place_Blocks set to false, just for visual effect).
