WeaponDamageEntityEvent and Explosion_No_Damage tag #294

    I just need a way to check if an explosive is not supposed to do any damage upon exploding, or have the event return 0.

    What steps will reproduce this?

    1. Create a plugin to output WeaponDamageEntityEvent's damage
    2. Throw a explosive with Explosion_No_Damage: true
    3. Read console saying damage was X

    What version of CrackShot are you using? v0.98.5

    What version of CraftBukkit/Spigot are you using? 1.8.6-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
