Wouldn't it be neat if, when you hit a player with a fishing rod hook, it had any effect you wanted, as if you had just shot that person?
Wouldn't it be even neater if you could specify a potion effect that lasted for, say, 1 second, and as long as the hook remained in constant contact with that player, it would continuously apply that effect to that player, but once the connection was broke, it would end in 1 second?
