What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Make a Trader with Citizens/DtlTrader that sells CrackShot weapons
    2. Reload the server

    What happened?
The trader have some strange symbols in the weapons he sell. (<<x>> ammo mark, issue linked with issue #103 I guess)
After buying a weapons and using it, it is automatically repaired as expected with the latest crackshot version.

    What was supposed to happen?
Having the trader selling weapons with normal names, for this I think it would be cool to be able to configure the character encoding and/or symbols used in the ammo mark.

What version of CrackShot are you using?
    0.97.3 on Spigot 1.6.4 dev 1134

After thinking a little more about it, maybe simply configurable ammo mark is sufficient to solve this problem as it is just needed to not use UTF8 symbols in the mark.
