Add support to the older permissions plugins like 'Permissions (yeti).

Would be excellent to have a choice to use them and not have to convert to super perms.

_If_ I were to do this it would be through the already optional dependency Vault - would that help?

(I'd still recommend upgrading to a Superperms compatible plugin. Anyone new to plugin writing will absolutely choose to use the built in permission handling in Bukkit instead of starting off by linking to a third party permissions plugin)

That would be excellent as i already use vault for the other plugins i use that require it.

In the future i will certainly look into converting to SuperPerms, just been using the older permissions for what feels like forever and im so used to it :)

Low priority. I'm only contemplating it since I'm already using Vault for Economy, although optional. If Vault is found I could use that for permissions as well.

v1.2.0 will use Vault for permissions if installed, thus supporting non-SuperPerms permission systems.
